Tell me about salvation

Romans 3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

Humans are all flawed. While we are created in the image of God, our connection to Satan through Adam and Eve puts sin in our DNA. No favoritism. Nobody measures up on their own. There are two conditions in the universe. Perfect and imperfect. We fall in the later. However, the Lord knows our condition and loves us anyway. Being unable to save ourselves He came and did it for us.

2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.

He doesn’t want anyone to be prevented from being with Him in heaven if they want to be. He paid the price to purchase the freedom of those who recognize their sin and acknowledge His ability to save.

John 3:16-18 “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. “For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him. “He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God

Romans 10:9-11 that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation. For the Scripture says, “WHOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.”

The one who created the Universe and everything in it was Jesus. The world was created on purpose, not by random accident.

John 1:1-4 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being. In Him was life, and the life was the Light of men.

The end of it is your choice. People who believe in Jesus and His sacrifice are protected by Him and go to Heaven when they die. One has to decide in their heart to place their hope in His death on the cross and confess verbally that they accept His salvation, His love, His resurrection, and His power to save them. He in turn puts His spirit inside you so you can come to know His great love for you.

Jesus fulfilled two roles. He was God and He became a man. As a man He was perfect. He never sinned. He sacrificed himself on the cross and was resurrected into a glorified body. One that can exist both in Heaven and on Earth. He ascended back into heaven and now has all His original authority as God. He purchased for us the ability to be resurrected at a time after our death into the same sort of body He was given.
